Midterm: Social Media Project

For the Social Media project, you will be asked to compose an email for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Region of Waterloo International Airport about social media using secondary research.

You must be connected to Zoom with your camera on, either on your computer or phone, while writing the midterm.

Access the Submission Folder

1. You will be completing the Midterm in the Midterm: Social Media Project Submission Folder.

2. You must complete the Midterm Integrity Checklist before you will be able to access the Midterm: Social Media Project Submission Folder.
3. The article will be provide to you in the Midterm: Social Media Project Submission Folder.

Completing the Midterm

1. You are working as a co-op student at the Region of Waterloo International Airport. 
2. The Chief Executive Officer has contacted you to summarize the key points from an article that he has provided to you.
3. Write an email to the CEO explaining the key points from the article.

Scenario

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Region of Waterloo International Airport has sent you an article about Social Media.

He has a meeting in 3 hours to discuss the Social Media strategy for the Airport with the Board of Directors of the organization. He wants you to summarize the key points from the article and send him an email with the key points before his meeting.

He admits to you that he doesn't know anything about social media. He has asked a number of other people to provide him with summaries of a few articles and some experts to provide him with advice.
