Innovation leadership is extremely important in cultivating an innovative culture. Organisations across the globe are having to become more innovative and creative in their products and services offerings. The leadership within the organisation determines the level of innovative and creative ideas within the organisation. In some organisations, creativity and innovation are often not a focus point as the leadership within the organisation are not inclined towards innovation and creativity and follows the traditional business approach. Write report to the executive members of a traditional organisation that is operating within a contemporary business environment.

2. Inform them about challenges that traditional organisations face within the contemporary business environment.
3. Compare the various leadership styles and recommend the most relevant leadership style for a contemporary organisation that would support an innovative and creative strategy.
