Organizations are seeing the influence on their workforce(s), affecting workers productivity (low), demands for higher wages, bonuses, and more time off, threats of strikes, sick days and picketing. Many managers have resort to redundancy process, closures, initiating the temporary worker systems and even shorter work days.

Under our labor laws, both union and employer are required to meet certain standards to ensure the smooth operations of the business and the security of workers. Because of the thin lines drawn between these institutions, intervention(s) are required to abate what can be turned in volatile situations.
