How do you feel about my Minimal Viable Product approach: The initial step of discovering the customer base for a product or service is having some kind specialty or idea. The idea that could be a potential product or service is developed within a world that one has experience or interest. Once the idea is born than comes the point of developing the idea so it can be worth it. Divan states that " the idea is to show not only that the product works but that it delivers value" (Divan 3). The creation of a business product or service using lean method allows for a cheaper upfront cost. Once the idea is discovered and presented to a group or a market then come the prototyping phase must begin. During the prototyping phase an individual or business must build an initial product or build a pitch for services. Once the prototype is built then it must be showed to the public is some kind sales pitch or released to testers in a beta test. This beta test allows for early prototypes to be debugged and than once that data is retrieved than the company can improve the prototype. Once the prototype is validated by the customer base or market then the idea moves into production development. In the development phase moving into full production then a lean method will than be applied to a process development phase. This phase allows for production implementation to be thought through before any assets committed. The creation phase is when a company must commit financial backing to get the product to market. Once in the market the product will undergo various improvements and changes once the value is proven.
