A body of mass m hangs from a spring; if we separate the body a distance of 5 cm from its equilibrium position, increasing the length of the spring, and let it go, we see that it makes 10 oscillations in 8 s.

Calculate:

a) The frequency, period and angular frequency.

b) The initial phase and the equation of motion, assuming that time begins to count when the body passes through the position y0 = 2.5 cm

c) Draw the y-t diagram.
