Go to your food pantry or cabinet and look at the ingredients list on some items. Choose one ingredient with which you are unfamiliar (i.e. sodium benzoate, high fructose corn syrup, ascorbic acid). Then, go online and find some information about that ingredient. present two (2) resources that you found, one that you would present as a "valid" resource to use and trust and another that is more "questionable." Be sure to use the first pages of the Research Guide: Assessing Resources as a tool to evaluate the validity of the resources you find. And of course, tell us what you learned about this ingredient that you didn't know previously.
