Mark is deciding between two interventions to improve writers' quality - implement a Writing Aptitude Test at selection vs. provide professional writing skills training for newly hired contract writers. Information on the interventions being considered is provided in the Table 4. Mark expects the effects of the training to last the entire tenure of the contract.
