There is a 0.05 probability of thunderstorms in a major U.S. city. If there is a thunderstorm in that city, the probability is 0.28 that a flight departing that major city will be late. However, if the weather is clear in that major city, the probability is only 0.03 that a flight departing from that city will be late. If a flight departing from that major city arrives late in its destination city, what is the probability that there was a thunderstorm in that major departure city?
