Select an organization and apply key characteristics [min 7, up to 12] to assess its culture [dimensions against which organizational culture can be measured]. What are the dimensions, what do they mean, and how does this organization "rate" on each of these dimensions? What behavioural manifestations would you expect to see correlated with each of these dimensions, assuming these exist in an organization with an influential dominant culture? Discuss whether the culture has changed or been perpetuated since its inception. A chart for at least part of this answer may prove useful.
