Pricing Strategy: The pricing of the ZingiShine Shampoo considers various influencing factors such as the cost of ingredients, manufacturing cost, marketing expenses, packaging cost, and transportation costs.
The cost of ingredients considers the prices associated with the ingredients used. The ingredients used in the shampoo are primarily the liquid sourced from the bitter ginger plant and the natural preservatives used in the formulation like grapefruit seed oil and vitamin E. Manufacturing costs include the manual labor, equipment, and machine hours required to collect the liquid from the bitter ginger plants, process to add preservatives, and packaging.
Since we are making the product as environmentally friendly as possible, the packaging would be air-tight glass containers. In addition, we plan to attract our customers with a monthly subscription plan, where the glass jars are collected after the product has been completely used.
The glass containers are recycled to promote sustainability, environmental awareness, and affordability. Furthermore, our marketing would mainly focus on social media platforms like TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook. It would be the most convenient and effective way to reach our audience while maintaining an interactive relationship with the consumers.
