According to Gert Hofstede, the US is low on power distance, high on individualism, high on masculinity, low on uncertainty avoidance, and high on long-term orientation. UK on the other hand is high on power distance, high on collectivism, high on femininity, high on uncertainty avoidance and high on short term orientation.
