In humans, male pattern baldness is due to an autosomal locus where bald is dominant in males and recessive in females. Let B represent the bald allele and "b" represent the non-bald allele in this problem. Albinism is an autosomal recessive disorder that results in a lack of melanin. Let "a" represent the albino allele and "A" represent the normal pigment allele for this locus. A male who is heterozygous for both loci marries a female who is also heterozygous for both loci.
