Step 1: Choose an organization (private and non-private) that manage a successful OB practices (ex: high job satisfaction, effective EI management, utilizing diverse workforce, high level of organizational justice, etc.) for its current organizational goal

Step 2: Predict 10 years in future and analyze the potential risks embedded in those successfully managed OB practices for its current organizational goal

Step 3: Assume that you are from Mckinsey consulting team and make relevant suggestions to the organization to prepare for the future

For Step 1, I have chosen Netflix and i need help with step 2 and step 3.

What are some potential risks embedded in Netflix's OB practices, when predicting 10 years into the future?

For netflix OB practices, i have found how its culture operates:

  1. Independent decision-making (Autonomy)
