"I find that these qualities are extremely important, not just in health care but in all aspects of working life. I do personally believe that I display these qualities or would be able to, if not, because I have, like the article said passion. If a person wants to be able to work in a profession where they are giving care in any way, they must acknowledge that they need to become the best version of themselves possible and that is what I am willing to do. I feel that some people may be born with these qualities but others may have to work for them. Sometimes people aren't born into an environment where they can grow and learn respectable personality and skill traits whereas others are, so to me, it is a toss-up. But, I do believe that anyone can develop these qualities. Three reasons that were important to me in deciding to go into healthcare were fulfilling work, flexible schedules, and stimulating work environments." why do you agree with this?
