In this modern era, companies are constantly adapting their structures and processes in an effort to meet the demands of the customers and increase profits, which is why the standards set for employers are rising. Employees must be skilled and dedicated, because sloppy workers cause a decline in the productivity and customer satisfaction. The Human Resource department is responsible for procuring the appropriate workers and matching them to the tasks best suited to their skill level.
