CASE: Due to increased demands of meat products because of the Covid 19 Pandemic, and to prevent deterioration of meat under process, a food manufacturing company issues a memorandum requiring employees to in the processing department to render overtime work for two (2) hours each day. An employee refuses to comply with the said memorandum. May the company subject him to disciplinary action?
