Use the Bryant & Stratton Virtual Library, Lexus+, or an internet search engine to find a case where an appeals court overturned a criminal jury verdict, preferably in Idaho. The reason for the appeals court decision can relate to the jury's verdict, the instructions given, or any other reason that corresponds to the topics discussed in the lecture.
