Rephrase.. I was at NHC when pt W.B. Mobley stopped me and stated she felt that nurse john stated an inapporiate comment to her regaurding another caris patient. Mrs. Mobley stated that her husband who is on service with Caris has been inceasing agitation and resetless has been upset because he feels he is ready to die and end his suffering. Ms. Mobley stated swhen she spoke to John about it he stated to her that he has been dealing with another patient down the hoall that has been dying for the last three days. Ms. Mobley stated she felt this was completly inapproparaite to say because her husband is in a facility and she knows he is never leaving. MS Mobley also stated that while she was out sick and her son was there with the patient and having similair issues increasing agitation and restlessness and staying he was ready to tansition. John told the patient's son to go ahead and tell him he on hospice so he knows his time is near. Ms. Mobley stated she has specifically requested that the Caris team does not use the word hospice around pt. I apologize to Ms. Mobley and informed
