Take a look at the video in the link above. Here's an ad that was brilliant in imagining that transition. As you watch it, play close attention to all of the CREST factors you see displayed...especially in terms of social and demographic related issues.

In your answer, pay close attention to how this ad reached and acknowledged these factors and how it placed its product in relation to the times we were living in. Remember that we were just coming out of "lock down". What specific external environmental trends did this company see and how did it address this? Think what was happening to the family and work (social factors), the economy, regulations, etc.
