In a past election, the voter turnout was 51%. In a survey, 843 subjects were asked if they voted in the election. Find the mean and standard deviation fot the numbers of voters in groups of 843. In the survey of 843 people, 463 said that they voted in the election. In this result consistent with the turnout, or is this result unlikely to occur with a turnout of 51% Why or why not?
