INTRODUCTION

To successfully complete this assignment, you will demonstrate your proficiency in the following:

• Develop a project management plan that addresses all aspects of a project, including budgets, timelines, staffing, and reporting; and aligns to the directional strategy and values of an organization.
• Develop a project procurement plan.
• Define the processes for conducting and administering project procurements.
• Forecast project budgeting requirements.
• Forecast project time and resource requirements.

ASSIGNMENT INSTRUCTIONS:

• Develop a project procurement plan that reflects the goals and objectives for the project.
• Use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, or other appropriate software of your choice.
• As part of the plan, define the processes for conducting and administering procurements.
• Be sure your plan demonstrates a solid understanding of procurement management tools and techniques.
• Do not include budget as part of the procurement plan
