Assessment: Literature search
Details: The assessment should be formatted as an Annotated Bibliography. You can read about how to format an annotated bibliography at this online writing lab (Links to an external site.), published by Purdue University.
• You will need to access the HELI APA 7th ed. Referencing Guide (available in the library) to update yourself on this formatting convention
• Each found citation needs to be formatted according to the type of citation it is (eg. journal article, book chapter, book)
• Following each citation, a 100 word summary detailing the key learning relevant to assignment 2, as well as 100 words evaluating the credibility of the found resource.
• There is no need for a reference list in this assignment
• You will need to attach the HELI assessment cover sheet
Marking Criteria:
1. Content (5%): you will be provided with feedback on:
* accuracy of your ability to follow the description and details given to fulfil this task;
* the accuracy of each of your summaries, as well as the ability to evaluate the credibility of the sources being summarised
2. Writing and formatting (5%): you will be provided with feedback on:
* how you have structured and formatted the literature search, according to ‘annotated bibliography' APA 7th ed. guidelines
* Sentence structure, spelling and punctuation
3. APA referencing (5%): you will be provided with feedback on:
* in text referencing conventions followed
* citation formatting conventions followed
