Task

You are playing the role as a senior property manager in ACTCT Property Group. In recent days, you are receving an increasing number of complaining calls from your clients about the properties they rent from your firms. Due to company growth, all of your team members are just recruited and new to the job. Because of busy work and lack of experience, your members did not perform property inspection well before your clients moved in.

To deal with client's complaints well, you are to implement any improvements into the Dispute Resolution Policy, and then write an email to your clients (choose one dispute case) to explain your company's updated policy. The email must:

  • Specify who the email is to
  • Specify who the email is from
  • Specify the date and time you sent the email
  • Specify the subject
  • Specify the Code of Conduct Policy, Dispute Resolution Policy, and Communication Policy & Procedures as the attachments

Summarise in the body of the email any changes you have made to the policies based on the consultation process

Complete the email footer specifying the job position you are role playing.
