Healthcare organizations focus on ways that will improve the quality of health by engaging in the quality instead of the quantity of care, keeping cost down, and providing excellent customer support.

Will improvements in the delivery of care increase the quality of healthcare? In the past, there were many individuals without access to care. The Affordable Care Act 2010 (ACA), which is mandated by government, is aggressively looking for ways to improve the quality of care and how it is delivered while keeping cost down (Quality of Care & Delivery Systems). There is no one definition when it comes to the quality of health care. One thing I will say is that good quality equals good outcomes. As a part of management, my goal is to provide excellent customer satisfaction by continuously looking for ways to improve. What improvements are needed or are already in place that will increase the quality of care? The goal is to provide safe, effective, and timely care to each individual. Healthcare organizations focus on ways that will improve the quality of health by engaging in the quality instead of the quantity of care, keeping cost down, and providing excellent customer support.
