You need to improve the website for CSE Center for Health Information Technology to make it more functional and informational.

Instruction

Question: we start the site with three static HTML pages. Create a dedicated folder for your project.

This folder should contain all your assignment work. The future assignments are cumulative and directly built on top your previous work.

Refer to the examples provided with each week's assignment for guidance.

Part 1:. A home page named "index.htm", which include these contents:

• Description of the center. Just write a few sentences.
• Latest news: use list tags; make up some news items.
• Use <p>, <br />, and heading tags properly.

Part 2: A faculty page

• Use a table to present three faculty members with their research interests and contact information.

Put a link on each name which links to his/her personal website.

Part 3: A survey page

Design a survey to get information from potential interested students, such as name, email, major, etc. You will decide what information to collect and you must at least use form elements of textbox, radio button, checkbox, and a submit button. Use the most appropriate form elements for different types of information.

• You will just design and display the form. There is no submission action at this time.

Part 4. For all three pages, display a header which includes:

• The name of the center (site title) in a big heading
• An SPSU logo linking to "https://spsu.edu", and another text link to cse (https://cse.spsu.edu)
• A menu which consists of three text links, linking to three pages above respectively.

Part 5:  Try to arrange the content in an acceptable layout, but it's not required.

Part 6: It's recommended to put all image files in an "img" subdirectory.

You have to satisfy the requirements specified in the instruction.

You need to prepare well-formed and clean HTML code. You should not use any wizard to get HTML, nor should you copy and paste the HTML from other source without cleaning it.
