The last six months, company "ABC " an accounting firm, lost a number of employees due to several problems within the firm. The employees were disappointed because of the lack of communication not only between the managers and employees of the company, but also with the HR department. Furthermore, the last few months, the firm faced many complains from its employees regarding health and safety issues, salaries etc. As a result, the head of the firm, decided to hire a new HR Manager in order to create a new strategic HR management. The company 's workforce is comprised of 200 employees and 10 managers. The organizational structure involves the division of work according to different departmental functions such as Accounting department, IT, HRM and Finance. So, the first goal for HR manager is to convince top management of the need to make him the HR manager, a strategic partner. Moreover, he has to formulate HRM Strategy and convince top management about the importance and contribution of HRM to the company strategy and orientation. Furthermore, he has to recruit new employees because as mentioned before the company lost a number of employees. So, the new HR manager has to find solutions in order to satisfy, motivate its employees and to create a better job environment.
