As was discussed in our meeting today, the purpose of this working group is to create best practices to improve our hiring process in terms of equity, diversity and inclusion. I'm hoping that each member of the group will send me ideas before the first meeting on February 20. I'm especially interested in current research on EDI and how other related companies incorporate these practices into their hiring procedures.
