The upper level management sent a letter to Mrs. Jonas (Deputy) regarding her communication approach with her team. The management sat with Mrs. Jonas to explain their concerns about the communication approach that she is currently taking with your team and explained to her that it is not effective and is causing a disgruntled workforce. They gave her several examples of how the current approach is not effective and several examples of how to improve not only her communication tactics but her relationship with her team.  Please do a PowerPoint presentation responding to the following questions:

Question #1: Please come up with a plan of action that you think that Mrs. Jonas should take in order to improve communication with her team. In other words, how to improve communication in the work place?

Question # 2: Mrs. Jonas is the Deputy for a Records Management project. Her team is required to meet a same day processing requirement. They also need to shred paper copies of documents that were received and file these documents.

How can she put together a list of expectations for her team members and rank them by importance?

Questions # 3: What measures Mrs. Jonas should take to relieve stress in the workplace?

Question # 4: What type of team activities would be helpful to improve the relationship between Mrs. Jonas and her Team?
