During the interview process, it is assumed that applicants/candidates will present themselves in the best light possible, in hope of making a positive impression upon the hiring organization. What are the applicant behaviours that give rise to either positive, or negative, employer impressions of job applicants at the interview stage? From a hiring perspective, are any of these behaviours "show stoppers" in your mind (meaning a behaviour that behaviour that would remove them from consideration of the selection process)?
