Mrs smith is an 87 ?year old widow who lives alone and her daughter is her sole caregiver. She has had a poor appetite and has been lossing weight unknown amount .her daughter helps with her food shopping but Mrs smith doesnt feel much like cooking.She is able to go out with asssistance but is not able to drive a car which make her isolated.
