After that, you write an email to all departmental heads and faculty deans to invite them to attend a meeting to solve the problem. The Microsoft Word document is attached together with your email to show them the severity of the problem. You revise your email many times because you are not proficient in English

Those departmental heads and faculty deans receive your email after 2 days due to your university's server problem. While reading the email and its attachment, they try to understand the meaning of your message. All of them agree with your opinion. They then reply your email to inform that they will attend the meeting on time. After the meeting, the final examination cheating cases are greatly reduced.
