Identify and Describe

The recruitment process is an important part of human resource management (HRM). It isn’t done without proper strategic planning. Recruitment is defined as a process that provides the organization with a pool of qualified job candidates from which to choose. Before companies recruit, they must implement proper staffing plans and forecasting to determine how many people they will need. Recruitment is a process in an organization through which an open position is filled by sourcing, shortlisting profiles, interviewing, selecting and finally offering the job for the right candidature.

Why I am Selecting this Topic

I have chosen this topic since my area of interest is human Resource Management and recruitment being the core of it. Also because of the skills needed are also very special like communication, negotiation etc. By doing this project I can specialize in the process of recruitment which is an added advantage to my resume. Furthermore, t would add to my work experience.
