Important information about Initial kinetic energy of the object

Point A is situated at the bottom of a rough plane which is inclined at 45 degrees to the horizontal. A body of mass 0.5 kg is projected from A along and up the line of greatest slope. The coefficient of friction between the body and the plane is 3/7. The body first comes to rest at a point B, at a distance 4*2^(1/2) from A, before returning to A.

What is the work does against friction when moving from A to B and the initial speed of the body?

What is the work done against friction when the body moves from A to B and back to A and the speed when it returns to A?
