1. a) We talked about 2 (two) important aspects in defining performance management. What are those? Give example of performance management from your own personal life. For example how you improved your CGPA or your performance at office.

b) Suppose you are working in National Bank Limited, a private commercial bank. You notice that some of the employees are aggrieved about the performance management process. You would like to set up a three-level appeals process the way we discussed in chapter 2 (two). How will you do that? Discuss and draw the process.
