This includes not only the change in the technical system but also the accompanying work processes.

For this Discussion, conduct some research to find a recent example of a change (IT-related or not) within an organization.

In your post, briefly describe your chosen scenario. If you had been responsible for implementing this change, what would have been the most important aspect of your change management plan?

Why? How would this aspect of your plan help the people affected by the change? If this aspect of your plan were not addressed, how would productivity, morale, or efficiency within the organization suffer?
