An important role is played by development and training in organization's effectiveness. This makes the process of development and training of employees an important element in Human Resource Practices and the field as well as the implications of this approach leads an organization towards effective productivity, safety and health and also employee's personal development. Each organization employs employees and takes care of their needs to get trained and to develop.
