Assignment:

The Fifth Amendment gives Americans accused of a crime the right to remain silent. How do you feel about this right? Do you feel that defendants should have this right? The Fourth Amendment is the right to be free of "unreasonable search and seizure." In 2013, a federal judge ruled that New York City's policy of "Stop and Frisk," in which people were stopped more than 5 million times, violated the Fourth Amendment. Most of those stopped were people of color, and most were innocent. Do you think these facts show the importance of the Fourth Amendment?
