YOUR TASK
Create your project proposal. Your proposal should be no more than 2000 words and usediagrams/illustrations/tables/graphs etc., to demonstrate the application of your project and logistics management skillsets.
Make your research on supply chain vulnerabilities in FMCGs market following these steps
Theories research : select a theory and mention the theory to work on as research methodology
Drivers / thematic areas:

Reporting language :
- Team of Experts as input language of the research
- Submitted to 'your organization' as receiver of the research outcome.
The outline of the project proposal should include:
1) An Executing Summary for your proposal
2) A set of tasks that apply the course material to the investigation phase of the project. This should include relevant material, fully referenced, along with critical reasoning for its inclusion; it must be applicable to a specific item or point in the case study.
3) A timeline schedule showing task timings and dependencies.
You will need to take the following into account when completing your assignment/report:
• Quality of a relevant literature review that helps inform your discussion.
• Clarity of argument and integration of different components in relevance to Projects and/or a Logistics context.
• Allocation of credit and sources used; (have you included references and citations to the material you have used?),
• Use of examples, figures, tables, illustrations, and statistics that indicate wider/independent reading.
• Quality of executive summary (does it give a brief complete summary of your paper for an executive to read?),
• Overall report presentation and structure including spelling and grammar.
• Adherence to nominated word limit and time.
Word processed (letter size 12, Times New Roman, 1.5 space), fully referenced (APA 7th (Harvard) Style)
Please follow an industrial report format. Therefore, the report should include:
• Cover page that details:
o Project title.
o Group number
o Member Names and Student IDs
• Executive Summary; (not part of the word count)
• Contents page
• Introduction
• Main body based on the thematic areas. In sections and sub sections
• Discussion and Conclusion
• References / Bibliography
The proposal should be page numbered. Please note if you are uncertain on how to present and structure a report then visit the university library and ask for assistance. You are advised to use diagrams, illustrations, tables, graphics etc. wherever these are helpful, and remember that these do not count towards your word limit. If you do use these, please do not put them in the appendices if they are part of your discussion. Appendices are the appropriate places to put supporting material, however, remember if the reader is satisfied with the main points of your discussion; the supporting information within the appendices may not even be reviewed.
You must cite all sources on which you have relied; for example, textbooks, journal articles, web pages etc. using the APA 7th (Harvard) Style. If you do not cite all sources, then you may be accused of plagiarism, and that may endanger your success in passing the module. If you are in any doubt about how to reference your work, please obtain guidance from the library and/or your academic librarian(s) for this module
Your final proposal/report must be submitted by the due date specified in Online Campus (One submission per team)
