As a member of the HRM Strategic Staffing Team with your organization, you have just returned from an HRM National Conference where you attended a breakout session on the importance of developing a Formal Retention Program. After hearing about your learning at the conference, your CHRO has asked you to give a presentation at the upcoming Leadership Meeting designed to convince the team that retention is good for the organization and that they should sponsor a formal retention program.
