The speech will have an extension of six paragraphs of five sentences each and must be written in the following format:

Introduction:

A paragraph of five sentences where you present the reason for the speech and the importance of a government having an inclusive philosophy.

Development:

Four paragraphs of five sentences that describe what you propose so that there is inclusion in the following aspects: health, security, education, economy and civil rights.

Conclusion:

A paragraph of five sentences where you establish the strategy that you will use so that government agencies abide by the inclusive philosophy for the benefit of the marginalized sectors.
