5- Explain what you would do in each of the situations below. Justify your answer by explaining the ethical problem that arises and the possible consequences for the worker (employee) and the company:
a- An electrician comes to fix an electrical problem in the company building. He offers you to pay for it with or without a bill. The amount without an invoice is about 25% less than the amount with an invoice. As the manager, what do you do?
b- You are an employee in a pizza shop. Your boss is on vacation in Mexico for the week. You are responsible for closing at 11:00 pm. On Wednesday night, around 10:15, you are very tired. No orders have been placed since 8:30. You have cleaned up the restaurant and have everything ready for closing. Do you close up store or wait until 11:00 pm?
