Question: Of concern in the realm of balancing work and family is the reality that those who are single or without children are sometimes asked to pick up the work responsibilities of coworkers who have families. For example,a coworker may they need to pickup children from school or child care; they need to be home when their kids get home from school; they need to attend a sporting/school event; and when a child or other family member is ill, they must juggle arrangements. In many companies single workers or those without kids are starting to revolt. They want benefits beyond family-oriented ones such as child care; they want recognition for the extra workload they perform; they want a balance between job and family that is different than those with kids; they want fairness around this issue; and they do not want to seen as second-class citizens because they have chosen not to be parents. What are the implications for trying to orient an organizational culture to balancing out work and family? Answer 3-4 paragraphs
