Many organizations are implementing strategies for employee engagement, team-oriented work structures, and creative reward systems based on performance for nonunion workers. In contrast, unions traditionally have held firm to their belief in seniority systems, designated work assignments, and collective pay rates for union workers. In reality, there are workplaces that employ both union and nonunion workers. Moreover:

-Assess how a workplace culture with both union and nonunion employees, and a different set of strategies for each, can be either unified or divided.

-Then, analyze what role HR professionals can play to influence a healthy and balanced workplace culture for both union and nonunion employees.
