In order to purchase an assault rifle buyers must receive a psychological and mental state test, safety training, and must to renew the license every four years like a driver's license.

5. Why would Both Side Agree?

This compromise would make it more difficult to buy an assault rifle and will most likely reduce the amount of mass shooting in the United States while not actually banning guns which side two is worried will lead to more bans.
