There are multiple approaches and models to implementing an organizational change. Jim Hemerling suggests that there are five strategic imperatives for organizational change. Lewin's model advises a three stage approach to implementing change. Marshak & Bushe compare planned and generative change (Luthans, et al., 2021). And of course there is also Kotter's.
Imagine that you are a manager in an organization and want to implement a change. Select one of the four models above to propose to the rest of the management team. What would you say to explain why you have selected one method over the others?
