1 Performance low (Revenue, profits) : The output goes lower than their aim for convinced age of time. This could be owed to market tendency otherwise once contestant's costs are below theirs. à Planning function à involves organization goals

Reducing costs: As it is recognized that payroll is measured as legal responsibility on the record, the single thing that business could cut expenses is to stay their hands on the payroll reimbursement. It's not single payroll except the reimbursement that go down with it. à Controlling à increase cost à take action to reduce it
3. Increase productivity: Businesses recognize that though residual steady with output they can enlarge the output of persons. It can be beneficial whereas cost decrease issue is measured. Occasionally, persons can be exchanged with complicated technology to enhance output. à controlling à push the performance of production back to standard.
