Strategic Plan

For this assignment, you must draft a strategic plan for your NPO that includes goals, tactics, and metrics. Start your strategic plan with an introduction (3-5 pages) that specifically discusses:

How global and cultural ethos influence or impact the strategic direction of your NPO.

The strategic advocacy efforts your NPO will adopt to effect societal change.

How community culture and a changing demographic could affect the implementation of your strategic plan.

Now present your plan. You must include the following elements:

A complete mission statement.
A vision statement.
A core set of values.
3-5 goals for your NPO.
A minimum of 3 tactics for each goal.
At least 1 metric for each tactic.

Your complete strategic plan should be 5-8 pages in length, excluding title page and reference page, reference at least 3 scholarly resources, and follow APA guidelines.
