Clearly identify and justify the need for a safety and quality improvement (QI) project using root cause analysis and cause and effect tools.

Present relevant literature and evidence (evidence-based practice standards, guidelines, or best practice principles) to support the QI project.

Outline the steps of Kotter's change model in relation to the implementation of your QI project.

Evaluate your leadership style and capabilities you will need to develop and lead the project.

Construct a coherent and logical presentation with a clear purpose, structure and flow using APA 7th edition for citing references.

Use visual design principles that enhance the presentation with appropriate language that complements the slides.

Presentation Requirements

The presentation must be in PowerPoint. A cover page slide is required (the same as for a written essay) in the presentation and needs to include Name, Student Number, Unit Code, Unit Coordinator, word count and the topic of your QI project and (not counted in slide count).
Use no more than 10 slides in total (excluding references and cover page).

Narration must be less than 10 minutes in length and must be recorded within PowerPoint (see below for help)

The final slide must be titled Reference and list the references you used using APA 7th edition.
