We have discussed the want-to of building TQM into organizations, and training has been brought to the front as one of the musts for implementation of quality. However, little is discussed on how or what. Use your current experience/organization or project findings to answer the following questions:
How would you implement training for TQM in your organization?
How should it be provided?
What types of training programs are needed? What obstacles would need to be overcome?
