Project Project This assessment task requires the student to take on a Human Resource Manager in Online Media Solutions. As the HR Manager, the student will be required to develop and implement ER and IR policies and plans for Online Media Solutions. This includes completing the following activities:
Activity 1: Analyse organisational documentation and determine long-term ER objectives and current ER performance
